My Story
Hello, my name is Zack Boyle otherwise known as “Zeke”. I started my fitness journey in high school when I realized I was skinny and I didn’t like it. I’ve played sports all my life I Wrestled, played football and basketball. All of those sports have one thing in common. They are physically demanding. when I first started my journey I was 120 pounds as a sophomore. that was during the year 2020. right as covid first shook up the world. In 1 year I got up to 145 pounds and I was now on the varsity wrestling team and in incredible shape. the story sounds simple and easy but what no one saw were the times I was working out at 6:00 AM, running miles, wrestling all day, lifting weights. It wasn’t easy but I earned every ounce of it through discipline, diet, structure and tracking it all.
Through all my years of experience and training I've helped many people in my town achieve their fitness goals. I want to and will help YOU achieve your own goals! I take all the thinking out of it and I walk with you step by step encouraging you each step of the way.
